Synergetic Holdings, LLC  DBA Chip's Tool & Machine Works is a precision machine shop established in 1980. CTMW has dedicated itself to being a quality supplier of machining fixtures, service tools, prototype development, prove-design parts, as well as short run production. CTMW has earned a reputation of high quality work at reasonable prices and employs competent and efficient employees that offer years of experience in precision machine work. We actively assist customers in product development and routinely suggest improvements that make their parts/products easier to manufacture, helping to hold down the cost. In addition to our manual and CNC machining capabilities, Computer Aided Design (CAD), and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) are also available which allows 3D contouring of complex parts. CTMW’s machining capabilities cover a broad range of sizes of parts. When outsourcing is needed, CTMW has developed a long term relationship with several external suppliers for a variety of services including laser cutting, water-jet cutting, wire EDM, ram EDM, heat treat and different types of plating or painting. CTMW takes pride in the quality of work achieved and how quickly customer needs are met.
